Five brands. One workshop.

We build technology around people.

Gremlin Labs is an independent product company. Our products don’t share an industry or a technology — they share a starting point. We begin with the people we’re building for and something that could work better for them.

Kulohi

A familiar voice. A lasting legacy.

Kulohi is a voice-first AI companion for older adults — conversation, reminders, life stories, and private connection with loved ones, in one calm place. Beta access is opening in small groups, and no dedicated hardware is required.

Robin, a familiar voice
A voice-first companion at the center of the experience. Members talk or type, on a phone, tablet, or computer they already own.
Today and Plans
Conversation, reminders, and everyday details kept close in one calm place — without taking the day out of her hands.
Life Stories and Kindred
The memories a member chooses to keep, and private connection with the loved ones they invite. Shared only by choice.

Scenes from Kulohi are illustrative and show fictional people and relationships.

Four more products. Four very different worlds.

Different audiences, different rules, different design. Each one carries its own identity — and links out to its own home.

“We start with people, and something that could work better.”

It’s the only rule that has survived every product we’ve shipped, and the only one we expect to survive the next one.

People first, technology second
We don’t start with a technology and hunt for somewhere to put it. We start with someone, and something that could work better for them.
The product adapts, not the person
A voice, a form, a feed, a world — the interaction model follows whoever is on the other side, not whatever is fashionable to build.
Safety that fits the room
Privacy and consent aren’t one policy copied across five products. What’s right for a family is not what’s right for a community.
Worth building, not just possible
We’re happy to build for people and needs bigger companies scroll past — as long as the thing solves something real.

They don’t look alike.
They’re not supposed to.

The problems are different, so the people are different, so the products are different. Each one gets its own identity and its own way of being used — designed around whoever actually opens it.

Gremlin Labs provides the canvas. The products bring the color.

  • Kulohi Should feel like a familiar voice in the next room — never like enterprise software.

  • Gremlin Should feel like a system that knows what it’s doing — never like a companion app.

  • BranchStone Should feel like a shelf of tools you can grab without signing up for anything.

  • Flurt Should feel like a place that’s actually for you, with boundaries that hold.

  • AriLoom Should feel like a world that kept going while you were gone.
